| We're going to be installing floating floor planks. I know that we can use quarter round molding around the walls but how do we finish off the floor next to the floor-to-ceiling window and the closet sliding door?
The planks are 3/8" thick. The bottom frame of the window is 15/16" high. The height of the rail for the sliding door is 5/8". What kind of trim can we use for this area? Or do we not use any trim? If anyone has pictures of what it should look like, please post them. |

| The windows would generally be finished the same way as the walls and the sliding door would use a reducer or a saddle ripped in half. Most of the flooring manufactures will make a reduce in the same finish as the flooring. Some may have a tongue or a groove on the back edge that would need to be ripped off on a table saw. |

| End cap should work the best for your case. See the link below to the profile. |
