add screws to nailed subfloor?

Having a second story added to my ranch. The 3/4 tongue and groove plywood subfloor was glued and nailed. I didn't specify that I wanted it screwed, but that was an oversight on my part.

My contract doesn't include flooring for anything other than the bathroom. I will be subbing that out myself. Will be getting carpet in 3 bedrooms, and 3/4" hardwood ina hallway.

My question is, shoudl I add screws to the subfloor in a ddition to the nails? I don't want the floor to squeek. They did glue it, but not sure if adding screws can only help, or if it could hurt it in some way.

Appreciate all thoughts on this.
