We have a small laundry room to do and was thinking of going this route (on slab). The self stick ones in the store where they put grout in between are really pretty impressive looking mimicking actual tile. Even the groutless butted up to one another were nice looking.

My concerns are -

It will curl up on the ends or worse
grout will come out
The tile itself is really thin - how can the grout stay in there?
people will be able to tell it's vinyl
Self stick - REALLY?
It might look great in professional displays - but not so good in a house

Positives -
it's softer and warmer than real tile
cheaper
easy to remove/replace
easy to install
