Best Underlayment for Floating over Concrete?

We will be putting the Golden Arowana Strand Bamboo flooring from CostCo in our guest room which is just concrete right now. I don't like that "feel" or "sound" that many floating floors have and hope there is an underlayment that will prevent this?

What do you recommend?
