Is this a reasonable quote for hardwood?

Anyone know if this is reasonable for finished in place solid hardwood?

Material: Clear Grade Hickory ($4.65/sq ft) or Select Grade Oak ($4.55/sq ft). Both options are 3/4'' thick and 3 1/4 inches wide.
Installation: $3/sq ft
Onsite finishing: $3/sq ft
Staining: $0.25/sq ft

This is for roughly 1,000 square feet, so total cost would be $10,900. I do not know if the quote includes removal of current flooring, but have a follow up email inquiring.

Price if wood varies from region to region. So thats hard to say. And same goes with labor. In the midwest thats about right for a pro.
If that does happen to include tear up. Then youre getting an awesome deal. But i think its likely not including tear up.
