We have tile throughout various rooms in our home and are wanting to put in hardwood. The tile height is 9/16. 8/16, 10/16.... would we be better to put in 5/8 flooring or to put in 3/4 flooring and just sand down the thresholds? This is a finished in place floor. Oh, we probably will also put down felt underneath.
