this is a pic of how they "stacked" my couch! My custom down filled few month new couch.

They turned one of the pieces facing down onto the dirty concrete subfloor, and the other pieces were balanced on top of each other and they left marks in some spots.

I realize I had a lot of loose things (which I moved each night prior to them arriving in the a.m.) but I think because they were in a hurry (and this was only day 3 early morning) they just threw stuff around.

Any way... any suggestions, advice would be so appreciated!

p.s. when reviewing the pic... my picture is straight, this one is turned????
