| We are ready to spring for new laminate flooring and I'm not sure who to buy from or what is considered a good quality maker/brand of laminate.
I also was told that 12mm thickness is good because the thicker the product the less of that hollow sound you typically hear with laminates. We'll be doing most of our house throughout including the stairs because we have 3 dogs (yes I know it can be slick). Looking for some suggestions. I'm ready to buy this soon. Thanks |

| We used Bruce Park Avenue series because it was 12mm. We are very happy with it. I dont get the hollow sound at all from it. It is a glossy surface which I love but it does show more smudges, etc. but that was the tradeoff for a very realistic floor. |

| Shaw Lamimate has been rated by best selling laminate flooring by dealers 2 years in the roll. You may consider that. Thank you! |

| I had heard mention of Shaw being very good so I went to a store to look at it. When I showed up at a local store selling it....the salesman was negative about it. |
