| We are replacing our 10 year old carpet in order to prepare our house for selling. I've looked at nylon carpets and because the the amount of carpet we need they are over budget. My choices now are a Mohawk Smartstrand or a 50/50 Triexta Poly. They are the same price and same weight, although the Mohawk has 2200 density and the Triexta has 1800 density. The Triexta, in my opinion, is a better color - although the Mohawk color is just fine.

| Ugh, I just found out one of the carpets is not 100% Smartstrand but 100% Everstrand. So, my choices are Everstrand or 50/50 Triexta Poly. Which is better? Thanks! |
