Provincial
Special walnut

Has someone used these stains on oak before? It's difficult to picture what it will look like in the whole room. We need to decide pretty quickly.

I guess it depends on what color the rest of the wood in your house is and how you like to decorate. Never stained oak before but those are probably good representative samples. Is going natural an option? I think natural oak floors are so pretty just by themselves.

Of the three I personally prefer the provincial or the special walnut - the other one looks pretty red and that might be hard to decorate around.

Gun to my head I'd go with the provincial just because its a bit lighter and I've heard dark floors are a nightmare to keep looking clean. Good luck!

I know this is a really old post but what did you end up going with? Do you have a picture? Have the same decision that needs to be made asap. Considering provincial..
