Cork and What?

I have cork flooring in my kitchen which butts up against the living room carpet. I would like to get rid of most of the carpet in the walkway and down the hall. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what to use that would look nice with the cork? Thanks

Please be sure to use the floor covering of the similar thickness. So you don't experience the transitional bump. I say tile or 3/8" to 1/2' engineered wood flooring.
