Are these the thick vinyl tiles supposed to resemble tile? I don't think I would use a grout. When it gets dirty, I think it would be difficult to scrub clean without damaging the tiles. Water absorbed by the grout would also sit directly against the tiles. Wouldn't expect the tile to hold up to a wet environment, although I haven't looked at a cross section of them.
