I have four modern (not antique) all-wool, hand knoted oriental rugs and two runners that all need to be cleaned. The composite pads look like pressed wool w/rubber backing and are also dirty. Can pads be cleaned?

I will send the rugs to a professional where they will be washed, but what about the pads?

I'd love any ideas as to charges. Are there 'off seasons' when this is cheaper?

I have one high pile 8 X 10, and three low pile: 6 X 9, 12 X 18, and 8'8" X 11'6". The runners are also low pile: 30" X 8' and 30" X 10'.

I'm north of Chicago, if that helps provide cost estimates.
