HELP! Cat urine on new hardwood floor with 1 coat

Hi,

I just had white oak floors installed. The sealer and one clear coat was applied a couple weeks ago, waiting to do final coat til some remodeling work is done.

My cat decided to pee on a towel that was on RAM board, and it soaked through to the floor. The floor is mostly under where cabinets will go, with a very small part that would be visible.

What is the best way to take care of the stain/smell? I'm mostly concerned with the smell as I think the stain will be hidden.

Do we need to sand that down and restain it?

Or use vinegar / water, or bleach / water, or that enzyme based product, or ?? Or just coat with the poly top coat?

I did already start with some of the enzyme product.

Thanks!
