Brown Maple finish

I am going to get a brown maple floor and like the look of the oil finish but want a water finish. I saw this amber sealer from Last N Last. It is supposed to give an oil look, then you finish with the water base urethane. Has anyone used this product? Does Last N Last make a good urethane? Thank You

That specific brand i dont know. When it comes to water bourne urethanes i would stick to the big name. Bona. Thy make amberseal. Same thing you want. Not a promotion for bona. Just they make a good product.

I looked at the Bona site but must have missed that. I saw two woods I really liked brown maple and ash. Both are about the same price. I would use the amber seal on the maple but clear on the ash. Thank You for the information.
