Porcelain tile wood look planks installation, good or not?

The installer just left, having completed grouting his tile job of 640 sq. feet in two basement bedrooms with 1/8" lines.
The edges of many of the 6" x 24" planks are not level. Is this acceptable? Most of my house has 18" square tile on the floors with a wider grout line, but I don't see raised and wonky edges.
Also, while some lines are smooth with the tile's surface, others are deep groves.
I haven't walked on the tile.
Am I being overly critical?

I'm just a homeowner, but I think, no, no, no from the photo. I wouldn't pay them until they fix it.

Level is academic. What you want is "Flat." From the pictures, I don't see that. He should have used a leveling system such as the MLY system, or at the very least, made the floor flat.

NTCA specs specify that the floor should be FLAT to within 1/16" of an inch over four feet of 1/8" over 10 feet.

Kinda doubt he adhered to that spec........
