Color Sealing Grout

The grout on my kitchen floor is 1/2 inch thick and filthy! I have tried everything to clean it, even resorting to having Stanley Steemer come and clean it this morning to no avail. I'm thinking that my only option is to color seal it and wondered if any one here has used the products from Grout Shield or This Old Grout? If so, did you get good results?

Best I can recommend is Aquamix's Grout Colorant. Clean, then apply the colorant.
