Crush problems? They ran over our carpet

Today they are installing carpet in our new build. The driveway is not yet poured, so they were using the street to roll out the carpet for cuts. The neighbors informed me that one roll was rolled up, and a work truck ran over it. You can see the tire marks, and I can see some visible creases in the roll.

Should I be concerned about this same carpet being installed? I heard there is something about a crush warranty with carpet. For this reason, they weren't supposed to order the carpet too soon, because it can't be rolled up for an extended period of time. So, what about running over it with a vehicle?

I did take some photos for my records. Tell me if I need to post them here.

I do not believe it will affect the carpet..As long as the carpet did not delaminate (Backing coming looses) right where the crease in the backing is. That would be my only concern. Mark the back of that particular piece and if that piece gives you trouble ever...put a claim in to your builder. But realistically, I would not worry...
