which underlayment for laminate floor is better?

I bought Columbia laminate floor and need to choose underlayment. Is there any underlayment with good moisture resistant and noise reduction that you could recommend? I checked Home Depot, Lowes, and some local floor stores, and could not decide which one to buy. The links for HD and Lowes are as follows.
