What questions to ask/what to consider?

I would appreciate any thoughts on these floors. I am just too overwhelmed with flooring jargon and abundance of information, combined with lack of time to make an informed decision.

I am currently debating between two engineered floors. The colour is very similar. One is 7" plank, the other is 5". The latter ends up to be about $10G cheaper over all (need almost 3500 sq. feet overall). I am fine to go with the smaller plank, if the floor is just as good. One is oil, the other UV. I don't know what to ask or consider:

I took this information from the two quotes:

#1

Atelier Collection Oak Grigio Sabbia, Standard Grade, Square

Edge, Wide Plank Engineered Hardwood Flooring - 16mm x 180mm x 1800-2270mm
Floorservice Maintenance Oil 1000ml Can to Oil Hardwood Flooring
Floorservice Parquet Cleaner 1000ml Bottle to Wash Oil Finish Hardwood Flooring

#2
Engineered hardwood, 5" x 80", STP Wood, species Oak, col. Limestone
STP uses a 12 layer UV Varnish. It is a commercial grade finish that wears extremely well.
The wear layer is just over 4mm. This can be refinished up to 3 times, which is essentially the same as hardwood before you would end up sanding down to the nail head. The overall thickness of the product is 5/8".
