I bought tile from them for my kitchen backsplash - not a large transaction.

I also bought a brass t-strip for my counters. It was special order, they shipped in the wrong color, and they replaced it immediately with no hassle.

I've never used the installation or design services.

I think the quality of their products varies considerably since they get their inventory from the larger tile companies - usually discontinuing products, etc. That can be good and bad. You can buy a few pieces (my contractor says at least 2 and 3 is better) and your tile guy can check if the tile you like is flat. Flat is good is my understanding.

I have also found that what they have on their shelves in their stores can vary a lot from what they have available online for purchase. But still want to buy samples first and take a look though what you finally get may be a different lot. (you probably know that already)

Yes, 50% of their products are made in China and the other 50% made in other countries like Turkey. Don’t be fooled by their “Made in USA” labels because they are deceiving customers. Their products are only made to last a couple
Of years and are not certified.
