My husband uses a 4 wheel walker all of the time, and the living room and hallway carpet needs replaced. We have decided on Adura Plank flooring for the entry and hallway which flow together in our small condo. He wants carpet in the living room, but it needs to be very low pile or a pattern due to the walker. It is pretty confusing to find a carpet that appears that it will hold up to the walker traffic, be easy for him to use and still look a little nicer than normal commercial flooring. I have recently been looking at Shaw EA305 Speed Zone, but can't really find too much about it's wearability It is a Anso Nylon. We have also looked at the Shaw Soft Whisper and Mowawk Horizon Everlasting. Beauty. Any help or advice on carpeting or flooring for this situation would be very welcome. Thanks.
