This is an old thread,but we got a batch of cork from their "second string," which is supposedly first quality, but over-runs or custom sizes. Good price, but alas, the tile size varied enough to make the installation not look good and the tile also has a very weird smell that isn't going away. Guess I will soon find out how good their customer service is...
