Is tiete rosewood flooring good?

I saw tiete rosewood engineered flooring, which is very hard (hardness of 3200). Is it a good flooring for the whole house including the kitchen? Is it photosensitive like brazillian cherry, which will change color obviously with sun exposure (although double pane patio door or window is closed) ?
Another general question, will the surface paint and coat of the hardwood floor wear off after 5-6 years?

Thank you very much.

It is not as as severe as Brazilian Cherry. I noticed this while comparing two year old samples I had in a showroom. It's actually considered mild in my opinion but there will be noticeable changes if for instance you keep an area rug in one spot for a few years, then move it.

Don't use hardness as a fool proof method of keeping scratches and dings away. Any floor will damage.

Wear? Much depends on the traffic the floor gets. One home can be entirely different than another.
