can you replace a small section of prefinished hardwoods?

My husband replaced our garbage disposal but did not remove a plug where the new disposal connects to the dishwasher. We ended up having a lot of excess water, caught it in time, got it all up. But originally we thought the issue was with the dishwasher and when we tried to pull it out of the cabinet we loosened/compromised the copper piping.

Long story short we woke up to a small puddle from a slow leak under the dishwasher and now a roughly 2x2 section of our floors are very slightly damaged. Of course, our house is going on the market in 2 weeks. I have extra floor boards from the installation. Is it possible to have someone come in and replace this section and remove the damaged boards. Or do I just need to concede that our previously 100% market-ready, turn-key home is now damaged?
