Radiant heat under wood flooring

My contractor is already halfway through installing 5" wide old growth 3/4" white oak glued directly to sleepers with a new radiant system. It is not quarter sewn, it is plain sewn. Please see the pic. I have just started reading the many posts on wood installation over radiant heat. The wood was allowed to equilibrate in the house for two weeks before installation but the radiant system was not turned on. It seems there are numerous issues with this installation and I wanted some advice 1) wood not quarter sewn, 2) not a floating system 3) is the height of the sleepers appropriate? 1.5" 4) no conductive source between the pex and the floor 4) no vapor barrier under the wood floor?

Please tell me if I have to stop work and correct some issues
