100+ Year Old Red Oak Stain HELP!

We have a 114 year old Folk Victorian home. The downstairs is Red Oak and we had to do quite a bit of repair work. Our floor guys did samples today and we need help deciding. The natural poly shows a gorgeous patina, but you can clearly see the repair work. If we go with natural, any ideas on how to cover the mix a bit better? Or do you like any of the others? Any pictures of old red oak floors would be really helpful, I have been trying to find some and just can't.
