matching floor and window trim

We are in the planning and design phase of our build and have a question about flooring and window trim. Should we be looking to match the trim on the windows and sills to the flooring we use? We are considering skip sawn white oak with a clear finish for the floor and painted baseboards to match the walls, but our windows would most likely be pine stained, likely a darker color than the floors. Not sure what that would look like. Would appreciate any opinions

Painted trim looks best with painted windows. And if you do stained windows you need to do stained trim. But NOT match it to the floors. They need to be a shade or two of difference between them.

Will you be painting the trim around the interior doors or staining it like the window trim? Also do you have crown molding and if yes, will it be painted or stained?
