Slate Like Flooring

| Is there any vinyl like or composite flooring that is slate looking?? I am down to making a final decision for our kitchen flooring - countertops are blue pearl granite so I am trying to find flooring that won't take away from the countertops. Husband does not want ceramic or real slate flooring. Thanks for any help. |

| If Amtico is still in business, they might make what you're looking for. Kentile (long defunct) made an excellent vinyl tile that was very realistic-looking. |

| Also, look at Burke/Mercer and Estrie. Both manufacture lines they describe as 'slate'...although the colorways might not be natural slate-looking. |

| Estrie can be purchased through any full line flooring dealer. |
