Tigressa carpeting question

I'm in the beginning stages of replacing the carpeting in my living room following a remodel. I haven't had to carpet shop in about 25 years, so everything is quite daunting. I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with the Tigressa by Shaw? Pros or cons? Advice? Seems like many places no longer provide info on pile density, tuft twist or face weight, making it very difficult to comparison shop. Thanks for any input!
