Choosing a house plan

Trying to pick out a house plan, we love Don Gardner plans and are looking at Satchwell, Gresham, Idlewild, and Sutton.

There are things I like and dislike about each of them. Anyone had any experience working with Don Gardner that could give me advice on how to proceed?

I fall under the "clueless newbie" category.

Came across your message. We used a Don Gardner plan but not one of the one's you mentioned. We are building again and wondering about the Sutton. What did you decide on?
