Pergo flooring, advice needed

We recently had Pergo flooring installed and it is beautiful and so much better than carpet for my allergy problem.
My question is will bug spray hurt the floors? My husband sprays insecticide along the baseboards periodically and I certainly don't want anything that will stain or otherwise ruin the flooring. Any advice?

If the spray is liquid enough to get down through the joins to the substrate, yes, it can hurt the laminate. Liquid is the enemy of laminate flooring. And some of those chemicals can damage the finish as well.
