How to acclimate new wood flooring in late spring

Our builder is getting ready to install new, unfinished white oak flooring. Our house is new construction and the heat has not been on yet. We don't have air conditioners installed yet. It is in the 60's-70's most days and might drop down to the 40's. The sub-floor has never really dried out from exposure over the past year of construction since the heat hasn't been turned on yet. What is the best way to acclimate the wood flooring prior to installation? I assume it will arrive fairly dry bug the sub floor is probably not. We are going to get a moisture meter to check them both. Are we looking for a particular moisture content or just a maximum spread between sub and finish floor? What is the best way to achieve that in this season: turn on the heat or get dehumidifiers? Thanks.
