Find out why it's buckling (usually a moisture absorption issue) and fix the underlying problem, not the symptom of the problem.

Is there a water source nearby like a washer or a refrigerator ice maker line that could be leaking? Is the wood solid or engineered? Prefinished or site finished? Glued down, nailed down or floating installation? What's your foundation, slab or crawlspace? First floor, second floor, or below grade?

First suspect is always a leak, be that from some type of piping or water intrusion from the exterior into the home. Second is incorrect product choice for location, such as solid wood installed directly to concrete. Third is incorrect installation such as a floating floor installed without an expansion gap or failing to flatten the subfloor properly before installation.
