| Hi..I have a 20X15 2nd floor balcony/ terrace area (concrete floor). I see cracks and when ever it rains I see the leaks downstairs. What is the best way to remediate this?
I am thinking of putting porcelain on top of the cement. Please let me know the expert thoughts. I am in Fl. |

| I think the cheap fix would be a urethane caulk/seal product extruded into the crack. Were you to put porcelain on top of the cement, you would have to address the crack issue and design a floor system that would provide for water drainage. |
