Costco Carbonized Bamboo Flooring in Kitchen

We now have our entire second floor and main floor library covered with this flooring. It's less than a year old and there are no obvious problems with durability or appearance. While I cannot attest how it will last in a kitchen, I would probably try it since it's not that expensive.

The finish is definitely hard and durable. Dropping a knife or sharp object on it will definitely leave a tiny cut in the wood. If the floor is heavily used, I think it can be sanded and recoated with a fresh hard finish. Check with Arowana at 866-582-0848 (US only).
