Does this look like rectified tile?

We got this tile that is supposed to be rectified but when installing it, it looks a little warped and when you use a level to check it, it is about 1/8" higher on some corners. I want to return it but the shop says it is perfectly fine. I hate how it looks. I have an excellent installer.
