Pinnacle engineered flooring

Does anyone have any information of the Americana 3/8" x 5" line by Pinnacle? We are looking specifically at the PAW 4103 white oak. It has both the light color and the price point that we like. We have no kids or pets, and do not plan to be here for more than five years. It seems that with dark wood being the trend it is hard to find lighter that is not either reddish or orange without going to natural maple. Since dark is in though, would a lighter color hinder resale? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks,
