i am looking for a good vinyl plank floor for my new kitchen, but with so many to choose from it is rather confusing on the best brand to buy for high traffic area. Also any suggestions on the color or shade i should consider when having white cabinets and tan/brown granite countertop. Really need help with this!!!

From my research Amtico seems to be the Cadillac , Karndean is also fairly highly regarded. Mannington now owns Amtico so hopefully its the same high end product, and I did find some good reviews for Mannington's product, but also some negatives.

I've got Armstrong Luxe Plank (best) down in my basement, and it's been great.

I sold some FreeFit vinyl plank to a friend who installed it in an area of his bicycle shop. He wanted wood but it's at the back door where they drag boxes on it all the time. It looks nice and is performing well considering the beating it takes.

We installed Linkwerks Rapidclic vinyl plank made by Earthwerks. When people see the floor they cannot believe it is vinyl plank. 20mil wear layer, lifetime residential wear warranty.

Here is a link that might be useful: Linkwerks by Earthwerks
