I've been shopping/scouring the web/gathering samples for over a year on laminate flooring. Since I am on a budget, I have narrowed down my search to 2 brands I like. One is the Toklo brand from online store BuildDirect. It is an 8mm product and its in the Toklo 8mm Collection. Color is Royal Oak. The other product is Krono Original. It is also an 8mm product from the Castello Silence line. The colors I like are Brazilian Cherry and Brazilian Walnut. All 3 are AC3 rated. The Krono products have a 1mm green padding attached.
My questions are: does anyone have any experience with these brands? Are they durable? Are they easy to install? Are they wearing well and after how long? Any advice from anyone on dealing with either BuildDirect.com or BestLaminate.com?
