| i have been redoing hardwood floors in my bedrooms and i have lightly sanded and put down stain and polyuthain and half the room looks great and the other half looks very dull like there is wax on the floor i am a little confused any help on this? i did the same to the whole room and still the same results help! |

| Your going to need a lot more than a light sanding to stain the wood properly, or it will be splotchy, where you didn't get to bare wood. |
