| I have been in search of the perfect Walnut floors on a tight budget. The samples from Olde Wood and Owens are really nice floors. We plan on oiling them. One company uses Rubio Monocoat and the other recommends Waterlox oil. Please share any experiences withe these companies...or recommend others! Thanks, |

| There's never been a perfect floor and there never will be BUT I can attest to the quality of Owens. I've used their products in the past and have had no problems. Good luck with that oil finish. |
