Knot holes below floating floor

I am planning on installing a click clock floating laminate wood floor over my plywood subfloor. The plywood subfloor has lots of knots in it about the size of a quarter or half dollar coin. There may be as many as 8-12 knots in one 4 x 8 sheet of plywood.

Do these knots need to be filled in prior to me laying the floating laminate floor? If so, what should I use? Wood filler, bondo, leveling compound? If I don't fill in all of these knots, will it create more "bounce", noise or hollow sounds once the floating floor is laid down?

If it won't make a difference in the end result, I would rather not spend the time I'm filling them in. But if doing this prep work will make any difference in the end result, I will take the time to fill them and just need to know what is best to use. Thanks.
