Is there something better in term of wear or beauty for about the same money? About $4/SF.

Here is some of the company propaganda

AC5 Wear Layer Are you tough on your floors? AC5 finish is rated for the most heavily used commercial areas to resist stains, fading, scuffs and scratches.

Lock & Fold Installation Easiest installation method available. Simply lock one board into another and fold down to lock into place. No glue is required.

Lifetime Warranty
Incredibly durable, your commercial grade laminate is backed by a Lifetime warranty for all residential installations and an unprecedented 15 Year warranty for commercial applications.

True Wood Visuals
Often confused for real hardwood, Armstrong Premium Lustre Commercial laminates have a high gloss piano finish, micro beveled ends and edges and come in single plank widths to give your floor the most realistic look available.

Thanks for any input.
