| We are thinking of installing bamboo floors in the future nursery room. We are hoping to get it installed sometime next month with the plan of trying to starting a family this summer. I'm wondering how long it would take the bamboo floor to offgass as I don't want to be around toxins if I can avoid them once I am pregnant.
Also, are there any other hard wood floor that anyone would recommend to be less toxic? We currently have shaggy orange 70's carpet in there that is disgusting and has to go but I hear that new carpet would be more toxic so we are looking at wood. Any ideas would be appreciated. |

| Reputable companies, don't have off-gassing. I would not take a chance, North American hardwoods, are just as "green" |
