I used Bona Traffic on our new maple floor - about 6 years ago. It still looks great. Crystal clear.

Without knowing how much traffic you'll have and what type, nobody can make more than a general claim about durability.
The bottom line between the two is that the Monocoat will take more maintenance every year and be less water resistant but it will be easier to touch up scratches and spruce up worn areas. The Traffic takes more work initially, will be more water resistant and easier to clean but the downside is that it's much more work to refurbish once it's needed. It may not legitimately need recoating for 5 to 10 years but you could put a big scratch in it in the first week.
Personally I see no reason to spend the extra money on Traffic when Mega plus Mega Booster is almost as good for less money.
If you're attracted to the duller look, don't have potential for water spotting the floor and don't mind the regular maintenance,go with the Rubio. If you'll have damp feet, drooling babies or a dog, use the urethane.
