I'm considering two hex tiles for my kitchen floor, the arctic white Daltile hex and the matte white hex manufactured by Cepac. Both tiles were shown in the local Daltile showroom. The Daltile hex has a much rougher surface than does the Cepac hex, but I think I prefer the arctic white to the Cepac white. The Cepac white is more stark than the arctic white, and I prefer a bit less stark. My concern is whether the rough surface of the Daltile arctic white hex will be difficult to keep clean in the kitchen. Does anyone have any experience they can share with me.
