Floating wood floor questions?

Does anyone have a floating wood floor and like it? I'm considering using Kahrs to replace my glued down Bruce flooring.
Any dislikes? Pros or cons?

Have had both in many homes. Floating has no advantages whatsoever in my opinion. Never had a solid floor separate.

As far as a quality product goes their both good.

Floating floors are must faster to install.

Yes, but I have a lot of glued down Bruce engineered 3" planks that I installed using Bostik's Best. It's going to take me longer to remove them.

In my humble opinion, the floating wood floor can be a great choice for diyers or professionals if the subfloor can be leveled to close to perfect and home owners can stand the overlap transitional moldings for expansion. Thanks.
