Hi there, I've post a few times but still have not made a decision on carpet. My neighbor is having the Shaw Cleartouch French Meadow installed in her home. I thought I had read I should stay away from PET carpet. Is this true? I've looked a ton at Smartstrand a a little at the Tuftex Tru Soft but I'm pretty sure the Tuftex is more expensive.

Would love any thoughts on this. I'm worried about the vacuum issues with Smartstrand so am looking at other options.
