I'd stick with Smartstrand or nylon fibers. Find products that have appearance retention warranties as wear warranties are absolutely useless. Go to a retailer who knows something vs something at a big box store. As a landlord the friezes are the only and best performing carpets I use in my own rentals and home. Smartstrand has been exceptional.
